The company has established a state-of- art, in house production facility using modern technology. The unit is situated in Mugalkhod village of Mudhol taluk in Karnataka.

About Turmeric : It is a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial plant of ginger family. It is native to southern Asia having temperature range 200c to 300 c with considerable amount of rainfall. Plants are gathered annually for their rhizomes during season.

The rhizomes are boiled for about 30-45 minutes and then dried in sun light for about 15 -20 days. Then polished and grind into deep orange-yellow powder.

GRINDING SYSTEM

POWDER PROCESS (GRINDING)

The polished turmeric fingers are fed into pulverized machine for crushing and grinding into very smooth powder of about 200 mesh size. The capacity of the plant is about 10-15 tons per day.

Powder storage and packaging

The powder is stored in the stainless steel storage tanks for packaging and packed in packets of 50gms, 100gms, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg and 50kg so as to suit customer's demand.
